Come to Long's Park for a season of prayer together, lead by various individuals throughout our community and local government.  You will be blessed as you experience God's grace anew in your own life!

The Lancaster National Day of Prayer Task Force warmly welcomes Richard Blackaby to our Celebration of Prayer! Richard grew up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and has been married to his wife Lisa for 24 years. Richard graduated from the University of Saskatchewan and has an M.Div and Ph.D. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary as well as an honorary doctorate from Dallas Baptist University. He began his ministry serving as a senior pastor at Friendship Baptist Church in Winnipeg, and became the president of the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary in Cochrane, Alberta, where he served for 13 years. Today, Richard continues his close relationship with the Seminary through his role as Chancellor. He has written or co-authored with his father, Henry Blackaby, 19 books, including: Experiencing God: Day by Day; Hearing God’s Voice; Discovering God’s Daily Agenda, and Experiencing God: Revised Edition. Richard travels internationally speaking on spiritual leadership and the Christian life. Richard also works with his father in discipling Christian CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. Richard is the president of Blackaby Ministries International, and we are thrilled that he will be traveling from his home in Cochrane, Alberta Canada, to join Lancaster County in celebrating the National Day of Prayer!

In addition, we are excited to announce that local Lancaster County worship leaders will lead us into
the presence of God as
we glorify His name
along with the 100 Voice Community Choir, directed by Amy Fennimore.
